We are an organisation designed for youth and young adults aged between 16-35 years in Bulawayo, who are deeply immersed in urban culture, with a strong preference for hip-hop, trap, conscious rap and afro-fusion genres. This digital savvy audience actively engages with music through social media, streaming platforms and live experiences. #ForTheCity responds to their need for culturally, relevant, exciting and empowering events that reflect their realities, aspirations and creative identities. By providing a professional platform for both emerging and established hip-hop artists, #ForTheCity serves as both a celebration of youth culture and a catalyst for economic growth within the local creative sector.
